Where Every Doggie is a VIP!
Do you offer webcam service?
No, we do not offer customer-accessible webcams. Our cameras are used internally by our team for monitoring and safety. We regularly share photos and videos of our VIPs enjoying daycare and boarding on our social media pages.
When can I tour the facility?
Tours are available Monday–Saturday before 4:00 PM. No appointment is necessary.
What are your hours of service?
Daycare Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Daycare is closed on Sundays.
Sunday Boarding Pick-Up & Drop-Off: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 4:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Last Daycare Pick-Up: 6:45 PM Monday–Friday and 5:45 PM Saturday.
What are the requirements to attend doggie daycare and/or boarding?
To attend daycare or boarding, dogs must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 6 months old.
- Be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
- Be current on required vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper series.
- Be free of contagious illness, parasites, and communicable disease.
- Be non-aggressive toward dogs and people.
- Complete and pass our 3-hour temperament test before attending daycare or boarding.
Breed Restrictions: Due to insurance requirements, we are unable to accept Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akitas, or wolf breeds/mixes.
New Customers: Please call us to schedule your dog’s 3-hour temperament test. A completed application and current vaccination records are required. Vaccination records must be provided as a PDF or sent directly by your veterinarian; photos/screenshots of vaccination records are not accepted.
Do I need to make reservations in advance?
Boarding: Reservations are required. Established customers may reserve boarding online. During holidays, please call us to make your reservation, as a deposit is required.
Daycare: Reservations are not required for established daycare customers. Daycare is available on a drop-in basis Monday–Saturday. New dogs must first complete our required temperament test before attending daycare.
Please note: Daycare is closed on Sundays.
How are dogs grouped in doggie daycare?
Our daycare has separate play areas for Small, Medium, and Large dogs. Each group has its own designated yard, allowing dogs to play with others that are appropriate for their size, temperament, energy level, and play style.
Our team continuously supervises the dogs and monitors their interactions to help ensure safe, comfortable, and enjoyable play throughout the day.
Will my dog have outdoor access?
Yes. Our dogs enjoy regular supervised outdoor time throughout the day. Our Large group has its own outdoor play yard. Our Small and Medium groups share an outdoor area and go outside separately at designated times.
Our outdoor areas feature artificial turf and shaded areas for comfort. During the summer, we also bring out pools for supervised water play and extra summertime fun. Outdoor activities are always adjusted based on weather and temperature to help keep every dog safe and comfortable.
What do the dogs do all day?
Every dog is different, so their day is based on their personality, energy level, and play style. Some VIPs love playing and socializing with their friends, while others prefer exploring, relaxing, or simply hanging out with the group.
Throughout the day, dogs enjoy supervised indoor and outdoor play, socialization, potty breaks, and plenty of interaction with our staff. We continuously monitor the groups to make sure dogs are comfortable and enjoying their day.

Do you administer medication?
Yes. We can administer oral medications, topical medications, and drops. We do not administer medications that require a syringe or injection, including insulin. Please provide all medications in their original labeled container with clear instructions.
How is boarding billed?
Boarding is billed in 24-hour periods beginning at your dog’s check-in time. If your dog is picked up after the 24-hour boarding period, an additional daycare charge will apply based on the amount of time your dog remains with us.
Early pick-up does not qualify for a partial-day credit, refund, or adjustment. Your dog’s boarding reservation and suite are reserved specifically for your dog for the dates booked.
