We have a divided play area for both large and small dogs, each with their own attached outdoor play area. We have approximately 2,000 sq. ft for the large dogs and 1,500 sq. ft for the small dogs. We also can place dogs by activity level. For example, if an older large dog is inactive we can place them in the small dog area where they won’t be bothered, or if an overly playful little dog does better with larger dogs. There will always be 100% supervision at all times to ensure the dogs are playing well with each other.
Yes. Dogs will be able to access our 500 sq. ft outdoor area anytime they choose. The outdoor area is 90% shaded with privacy screening and artificial grass, so they can be outside all year around and not be disturbed. We have plenty of fresh water and 100% supervision at all times in both indoor and outdoor areas.
It really depends on the dog. Each one will seek out others with similar interests, energy levels, and play styles. Some dogs are true ball junkies. Some like chasing each other around and around and around the play area. Some patrol the fence line. Some work on their all-star wrestling maneuvers, and others prefer to observe and not engage. The varied and constant stimulation of a daycare environment is very enriching to your dog’s mental and physical state, regardless of how much they play.
Yes, we can give any medication that is administered orally, topical, or drops. We DO NOT administer any type of medication that a syringe is needed. Including insulin.
