Our dog, Camper, has stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years and the service has always been great, and they’ve always taken great care of him On his most recent visit, there was a slight mishap from the facility and they left our Camper’s choker caller on him all weekend during his stay. He does have a long coat of fur so it’s understandable that they may have missed it to ensure it got removed properly, however, leaving it on created an injury that required us to take him to the vet and we weren’t super thrilled about that. However, upon contacting Carolina at the front desk and being connected with the owners, Sandy and David, we were reimbursed for our vet bill and his stay. They took full responsibility and handled our situation with concern and care for both our dog and us as owners, which shows just how hard they work to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs that stay at their facility. Thank you again Carolina, Sandy, and David for your assistance and for loving on Camper! Our little Sheila has been to doggie daycare several times now and she seems to really love it there. It's a great place for her to spend a few hours and get out of the scorching heat of the day.
